If you are in the healing arts and decided to strike out on your own in private practice, you have probably been cobbling together small business resources to try and figure out what you need to feel like you have a solid foundation under your feet. But most small business training or education tends to be overkill for our types of businesses. And much of what passes for marketing coaching is about making it in the social media space. Which is not at all useful for growing our practices (no really).
LET'S KEEP IT SIMPLE
HERE ARE THE SMALL BUSINESS SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE A THRIVING PRIVATE PRACTICE.
There are many ways to think creatively about how to grow your practice, none of which involve things that feel like being a door-to-door salesman (or an Instagram Influencer).
This comprehensive marketing course will give you the tools to grow your business in a way that best suits healing arts private practices.
Let’s get rid of the scary money moments in self-employed life, shall we? Finally get the money stuff sorted in your business so that you can take good care of yourself financially.
It doesn’t have to be complicated, and a love of numbers is not required! We've got spreadsheets that do the math for you.
BONUS COURSE
If you have debated or experimented with branching out beyond private practice, this course gives you an honest look at the various models that are well suited to healing arts services, what each takes in terms of start up and marketing energy, and how you can decide what might be a good fit for you and your work.
Asynchronous support via a coach-in-your-pocket private podcast feed
No need to wrangle your schedule to show up to Zoom calls, ask a question and listen to answers anytime.
Each episode is titled as the question that was asked, making it an easy resource to scan through whenever you have free time.

What clients say
Brooke is someone I trust deeply, both as a practitioner and as an ethical business person in the Healing Arts space. Her commitment to integrity in her business, and how she markets it/makes it available to the world is one of the values that makes her a great fit for practitioners committed to offering services of real value to others.
What clients say
I thought all I needed was a new website. But, thanks to Brooke, I gained clarity and focus for my whole business model. Already, the investment has proven profitable.
What clients say
I feel so relieved, like four years of internal dialogue is quieted. The work wasn’t easy, at times it felt excruciatingly vulnerable to say out loud “I want my business to look like this” but it’s been entirely worth it. The pace felt doable and I was able to integrate the work into my daily life without it feeling like it was one more thing on my already full plate. Brooke was clear and supportive throughout, providing valuable insight and clarity where I needed it. Her work has integrity and I never, not once, felt like I had to use ick marketing techniques to fit into a role that doesn’t suit me.
What clients say
As a small healing arts business owner, it is so easy when very busy with clients to not focus on the aspects I find less interesting, like budgets, promotion and planning - yet these are all vital to staying physically and fiscally vibrant. I now have a clear path for putting all this wonderful wisdom into practice.
This course is asynchronous- meaning that it is recorded and available for you to go through it at your own pace.
This course is also completely digital so you can access it from anywhere through our private course portal. You can complete the course lessons from the comfort of your couch or kitchen table, as long as you have an Internet connection.
One-on-one coaching sessions are not included. However! The incubator does include a private podcast q&a feed as an asynchronous coach-in-your-pocket resource. If you have a question- just ask via email and you will see it pop up on the podcast in a week or two. All episodes address one question each, making it an easy to navigate resource. (Much easier than watching 90 minute Zoom recordings of q&a sessions...)
Support is also included via our quarterly get-it-done co-working sessions. Just show and and work on the theme for that quarter within a group online. While this isn't a workshop or q&a event, for many people having the co-working group functions as a collaborative accountability and motivation tool.
The honest answer is, it depends on you and your current situation. If you are feeling highly motivated and have time you can set aside to go through the material regularly, you can be putting things into place very quickly- even within the first week.
Others might take a few months to slowly digest the information before putting the systems and processes into place.
There is no rush and no right or wrong amount of time, because you have lifetime access to the course materials. However, you have one year of access to the quarterly co-working events. This is by design so that you will feel motivated to get things done and in place within a year (so that the course doesn't just gather digital dust...)
Because of the nature of digital courses and the fact that you get instant access to all of the course materials and downloads, I do not offer refunds.
Yep! You can check out the payment plan option on the checkout page.
Check your email for your registration confirmation. You will then use your login details to go to the class platform, where you will have access to all the lessons.
Nope! This is not a get rich quick, or a get rich slow course. Wealth accumulation - or promises of big paydays- are not a part of this course. And, as with anything, information alone doesn't accomplish much. So there are no guaranteed results that come with the course. People's results will depend on if they put the course material into practice, and how consistent they are able to be with it.
